At The Third Estimate, we're looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of residential exterior projects—from takeoffs and ordering to scheduling, walkthroughs, and final completion.Company Vehicle – Pending approval, we'll set you up for success in the field Stability + Growth – 30+ years of trusted service in Northeast Ohio Customer-Focused Role – Be the main point of contact and drive satisfaction True Ownership – Manage budgets, timelines, and outcomes from start to finishWhat You'll Be Doing:Own the Project – Manage roofing and windows jobs from kickoff through completion Takeoffs & Ordering – Accurately measure, estimate, and order all materials Scheduling – Coordinate crews, deliveries, and timelines to keep jobs on track Budget Management – Monitor costs, control job profitability, and avoid overages Customer Experience – Communicate clearly with homeowners and ensure satisfaction Job Walkthroughs – Conduct pre-construction meetings and final inspections Problem Solving – Address issues in real time to prevent delays or callbacks Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with sales, production, and customer serviceWhat We're Looking For:3+ years experience in roofing and/or window project management Strong knowledge of takeoffs, materials, and installation processes Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets Excellent communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accountability Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus) Valid driver's license, clean driving record** Must have experience measuring windowsReady to Run the Job?If you're organized, proactive, and take pride in delivering a seamless project from start to finish, we want to talk to you.$52,000 to $58,000 base salary + performance-based bonusBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental insuranceLife insurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid sick daysFlex timeEqual Opportunity EmployerThe Third Estimate is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
