Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential in a clinical setting.

Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and use of specialized equipment.

Stay current with continuing education opportunities to maintain licensure and keep abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices.

Our therapists serve a diverse patient population, including children and adults recovering from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and various neurological disorders. You will play an essential role in guiding these individuals through their rehabilitation processes, offering both physical and emotional support, and helping them achieve their therapeutic goals.

A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

A valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia is mandatory.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively converse with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Proficiency in necessary computer applications, including electronic health records.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, ideally in a rehabilitation or outpatient context.

Experience with specialized techniques, such as manual therapy or sports rehabilitation, is a plus.

Previous experience mentoring new graduates is beneficial but not mandatory.
