As a Security Officer Access Control in Olathe, KS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will help manage entry points, verify authorized access, monitor activity, and support a professional, welcoming environment. Through clear communication, visible presence, and exceptional customer service, you will help deter security-related incidents while assisting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel. Position Type: Full Time

Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.

Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorized access, and maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.

Control access to restricted areas, gates, and/or facilities, and report unauthorized access attempts or irregular activity to appropriate site contacts.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
