York Space Systems is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. This strategic role supports hiring for mid-to-senior career level positions, many of which are highly specialized and mission-critical. The Senior Technical Recruiter owns the development and maintenance of pipelines for niche talent and collaborates with hiring teams to define profiles and strengthen organizational capacity. In addition to core recruitment responsibilities, this role promotes an environment of continuous improvement and actively seeks to establish and enhance talent acquisition processes and strategies. This role will be fully on-site in our Greenwood Village, CO office.

Drive full cycle recruiting for senior and specialized roles, often technical and specialized profiles

Source and engage passive candidates through customized sourcing techniques, building and leveraging networks and direct outreach.

Build capacity in hiring teams to deep their skills in selection, assessment, and talent strategies.

Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.

Provide insights on talent trends, talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive landscape to influence hiring decisions.

Ensure timely communication and updates for both hiring teams and candidates, while maintaining organized records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.

Ensure compliance with legal requirements and apply best practices to strengthen experience for hiring teams and candidates.

Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of recruiting experience.

4+ years of recruiting for technical roles (Software engineers, mechanical engineers or electrical engineers).

Skilled at building relationships and maintaining talent pipelines.

Demonstrated ability to manage shifting priorities and deliver results.

Analytic skills to identify data trends to translate data into actionable insights.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Willingness to work full-time in office in Greenwood Village, CO.
