CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in machine setup. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis machines according to technical specifications and blueprints.

Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and quality output.

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.

Collaborate with engineers and production staff to improve machining processes and efficiency.

Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Understanding machine practices and monitor operations: watching gauges or other indicators to make sure the machine is working properly.

Operation and control: controlling operation of equipment or systems.

Quality control analysis: learning and using computer-based quality control and production systems to evaluate performance or quality of the product.

3 years of CNC machining and set up experience.

Successful completion of a CNC Machine Operator Training Program would be a plus.

Must be able to perform machine shop mathematics and machining procedures.
