HR Generalist - Full-time Hourly position

Team Lead (Part‑time, On‑site) Operations Department: Operations; Reports to: General Manager; FLSA: Non‑Exempt; Travel: N/A.

About the Role Team Lead is a hands‑on, early‑leadership role built for high‑potential individuals ready to step up. You’ll rotate through key operational areas—Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities—gaining real responsibility, leadership experience, and the skills to run a shift like a pro. When senior leaders aren’t on‑site, you’ll step in as Manager on Duty (MOD) and keep the park running strong.

Key Responsibilities Act as Manager on Duty during the GM/OM absence, ensuring operational excellence, safety compliance, and team accountability.

Provide proactive, on‑floor leadership by coaching, supporting, and delegating to Team Members across all departments.

Step into any operational area as needed (Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events, etc.) to maintain seamless guest experiences.

Deliver timely communication of guest issues, operational challenges, or safety concerns to the Management Team.

Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests, identifying opportunities, and promoting park offerings.

Model service excellence and mentor Team Members in customer engagement.

Enforce all safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.

Ensure all opening, closing, and shift procedures are executed with consistency and accuracy.

Maintain cleanliness and operational readiness throughout the shift.

Lead guest interactions and maximize conversions across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities areas.

Qualifications At least 18 years of age and a minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest‑facing roles.

Prior supervisory or leadership experience.

Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.

Basic proficiency with technology, including point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Reliable, self‑motivated, organized, and eager to grow into higher levels of responsibility.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and positively influence others.

Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds and move throughout all park areas.

Additional Information Part‑time Flex Lead (not available at all park locations). Available primarily on weekends to help drive service and engagement, rotating as needed to cover breaks and time off for other Leads.

Compensation & Benefits Compensation range: $13–$15 per hour, based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
