Essential Functions Foster our mission: attract, train, retain, and treasure the best care professionals. Develop strong relationships with care professionals. Effectively schedule care professionals with Arosa clients, maximizing desired hours while positioning the care professional as the primary employer. Work with Care Managers to match care professionals and clients based on skills and mutual interests. Provide a high level of customer service to all Arosa clients and care professionals. Boost employee retention with company‑wide strategic initiatives. Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard new teammates. Build pipelines of prospective candidates through professional networks, targeted community outreach, and recruitment events. Ensure the caregiving team completes initial and annual training requirements. Required Customer service experience. Positive attitude with a team‑player mindset. High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PC literacy. Arosa is a best‑in‑class national provider of in‑home care and care management services.
