This role is essential for attracting and retaining top talent across all sectors of our company. Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee and execute the recruitment process across all BIR sectors, ensuring that each sector's specific hiring needs are met. The following sectors include: BIR Transport BIR Developments BIR Materials BIR Fleet Services BIR Luxury Landing Actively participate in recruitment, screening, onboarding, and orientations. Oversee qualification files, drug and alcohol testing. Recruitment Strategies: Utilize social media platforms, cold calling, and other recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all sectors. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring managers. Ensure recruiting efforts are comprehensive and tailored to each sector while maintaining BIR's overarching goals. Qualifications: Strong knowledge and experience in social media recruiting and cold calling. Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn continuously. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience. Familiarity with recruitment tools such as Tenstreet, Indeed, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions. Knowledge of DOT regulations for CDL Drivers. Why Join Us?
