Driver RecruiterThe purpose of this position is to hire safe and productive drivers. Primary goal is to ensure strong qualified applicants are chosen and meet Fraley and Schilling Hiring requirements, while upholding the Safety Culture of the organization. This position will work with multiple different departments such as HR, Operations, and Maintenance.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCold contact prospects in an effort to seek out qualified hires at a consistently high volume every dayInterview, gather, and analyze all reports to determine if applicants meet F&S hiring requirementsEvaluate applicants meeting hiring requirements chosen by the Hiring Manager to ensure quality candidatesWork with the Onboarding Coordinator and Assistant in the qualifying processProvide applicants with accurate and specific F&S information about each respective positionExtend offers to potential applicants who meet requirementsAccurate and precise entry of information into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Work with all recruits at completion of orientation and ensure a smooth transition to Operations and Terminal staff at the new Driver's prospective terminalSkills & QualificationsAbility to use Google SuiteActive Listening – Ability to actively attend to, convey, and understand the comments, questions and suggestions of others.Analytical Skills – Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.Initiative – Ability to make decisions or take actions to solve a problem or reach a goal.Interpersonal – Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals.Leadership – Ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.Patience – Ability to act calmly under stress and strain, and of not being hasty or impetuous.Problem Solving – Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.Reliability – The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.Safety Awareness – Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.Training – Ability to develop a particular skill in others to bring them up to a predetermined standard of work performance.Work Environment - Must be able to deal with a fast paced and stressful work environmentEducation & ExperienceCustomer service backgroundHigh school diploma or equivalent
