Virtual Support Advocate Full-Time

Working remotely, the full-time Patient Support Advocate will manage outbound calls to secure claims and application status, facilitate inbound call engagement, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the patient support process.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to programs and payers to obtain claims and application status
Engage with inbound calls and direct them to appropriate team members
Manage fax communications and perform data entry across EMR and internal CRMs
Required qualifications
2 years of experience in a healthcare environment
Experience working within an EMR/EHR system is a plus
2+ years in a heavy outbound call environment
Customer service experience and etiquette
