Warranty Service Manager

David Weekley Homes is seeking a dynamic Warranty Service Manager (WSM) to join our Orlando team. The WSM will partner closely with customers, builders, and trade partners in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional service while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

WSM's resolve warranty calls made by David Weekley Homeowners by visiting the home to inspect the issue, determine if it's eligible under warranty and work with customers and subcontractors to resolve the issue quickly. Warranty Service Managers are responsible for overseeing warranty resolutions across multiple assigned communities. This role is field based, with most work performed in or around the supported communities.

Coordinate and schedule all other repairs with contractors and customers

Hold contractors accountable for results

Instruct customers on how to maintain their homes, as well as communicating what items are not warrantable

Manage your budget

Handle multiple tasks, as well as projects within designated timeframes

Responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction

Previous experience in the home building industry and/or some home repair experience is helpful

Previous experience in a customer service environment

Follow up and follow through consistently to deliver outstanding service

Have excellent time management, organizational and scheduling skills

A reliable vehicle for local travel is needed
