Executive Administrative Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the corporate environment, is seeking an Executive Administrative Coordinator to join their team. As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will be part of the General Services department supporting senior leadership and administrative teams. Support day-to-day office operations to ensure a secure, efficient, and well-coordinated workplace environment.

Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, managing logistics and stakeholder communication.

Prepare and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with high accuracy and polish.

Support internal projects and process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency.

3+ years of experience in administrative support roles.

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with expense management systems like SAP or Concur preferred.

Engage in meaningful projects that impact organizational success.

Work in a professional, business casual office setting.

Be part of a collaborative team that values diversity and inclusion.
