Peninsula Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house rehabilitation team on a PRN basis.

As a rehabilitation-focused skilled nursing facility, we are committed to helping our residents maximize their communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life. Our therapists have access to advanced rehabilitation technology and work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Advanced Rehabilitation Technology Utilize innovative therapy tools, including ACP OmniVersa and Omni Virtual Reality (VR) systems, to enhance patient engagement and outcomes.

Competitive PRN Pay Earn $70.00/hour with flexible scheduling based on your availability and facility needs.

Collaborative In-House Therapy Team Work closely with Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and rehabilitation professionals to deliver exceptional resident care.

Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, and swallowing disorders.

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, dietitians, therapists, residents, and families to support optimal functional outcomes.

Educate residents, caregivers, and staff on communication strategies, swallowing precautions, and home programs.

Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and quality improvement initiatives.

Master's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in good standing.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Passion for utilizing innovative technology to improve resident outcomes.
