Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.****The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.****Holman Cadillac is currently seeking a Service Manager to join their team!**The Service Manager will plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of Service Advisors, Service Technicians and Lot Attendants to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth in line with targeted business and financial objectives.As a Service Manager you will be responsible for the following:* Set a clear vision and goals for the Service Department to achieve targeted performance* Engage and motivate the team to achieve key goals and performance expectations* Attract, develop and retain the very best talent for the Service Department* Creating an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty* Analyze the business to determine shortfalls and develop action plans to improve performance* Drive the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations* Evaluate the performance of automotive service staff in order to acknowledge efficient employees and guide under-performing ones* Listen to client complaints and assist in addressing their issues and resolving challenges* Follow up with customers to obtain feedback and ensure they are satisfied with received service**What you need to be successful:*** Automotive service experience is required* People oriented-both customers and employees with a positive and energetic personality* Self-motivated, enthusiastic presence in a team environment* Desire to coach and train team to exceed their goals* Strong written and verbal communications skills#LI-GC1**At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
