HR/Payroll Generalist - Compliance and Payroll
Alcon 3PL, Inc.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and ensure compliance with federal payroll tax requirements.
- Support the implementation and administration of HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., ADP).
- Administer employee benefits and respond to HR-related inquiries.
- Support employment-based visa processes and coordinate with external partners.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
- Assist with recruiting and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on payroll administration.
- Experience implementing, administering, or supporting HRIS and payroll systems (ADP, Rippling, Paychex, UKG, BambooHR, or similar platforms) preferred.
- Experience with ADP, HRIS, or other payroll systems preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S. payroll, employee benefits, and HR compliance.
