Position Summary The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact at SEV Laser and plays a critical role in delivering an elevated client experience. This role manages scheduling, supports service education and sales, and ensures smooth daily operations in a performance-driven environment. Receptionists are accountable for maintaining SEV’s service standards, supporting clinic goals, and contributing positively to the team culture.

Responsibilities Client Experience & Front Desk Operations

Scheduling & Administrative Support Accurately book, modify, and cancel appointments

Answer phone calls with elevated phone etiquette

Office & Treatment Room Support Open and close clinic per Standard Operating Procedures

Maintain a clean, stocked, organized front desk and lobby

Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies run low

Training & Team Support Participate in required service and sales training

Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

Proficiency in Zenoti scheduling software is preferred.

Comfortable using computer systems and booking platforms.

Exposure to office equipment and cleaning supplies

Scheduling Requirements Must be available to work up to 3 days per week including weekends

Position pays a competitive hourly rate + Commission Sales
