Licensed Practical Nurse - Night Shift - Health Care

Location: US:WI:WAUWATOSA at our FROEDTERT BLUEMOUND REHAB HOSP facility.
This job is ON - SITE.
Shift: Shift 3
Shift Details: Night shift 19-0730 Holidays : Rotational assignment Weekends : Every third weekend

Provides patient care within LPN scope of practice under the direction of the Registered Nurse.

Clinical competence and experience in the care of target patient populations specific to area of employment. Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing is required.

Current state of Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse License required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
