Our client is seeking a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join their Behavioral Health team in Murray, UT. A Day in the Life of the BCBA
In this role, our client’s BCBA leads the clinical direction of care by conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll work closely with clients, caregivers, and direct support staff to ensure high‑quality, ethical, and effective ABA services. Training caregivers in behavior support strategies to enhance individual and family outcomes
Providing clinical supervision, training, and competency assessments for RBTs and assigned clinical staff
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation across all phases of treatment, including assessments, care plans, transitions, and discharge planning
Collaborating with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding treatment planning and clinical care
Ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations
Prior work experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Active BCBA certification
1+ years of experience working with adults and/or children on the autism spectrum
Prior work experience supervising RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic behavioral health environment
