Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgery - Day Shift

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
• BSN completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - MetroHealth.

Additional Details:
Required Skills / Experience: Must have a minimum of 1-year Med Surg or Tele experience
Required Credentials: BSN Certification in Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association
Unit / Facility Details: Care of patients who meet Med/Surg level of care. Patients are Medicine or Med/Tele Status
Shift & Scheduling: Two shifts available:

Days: 12-hour shifts - 7am-7pm
Nights: 12-hour shifts - 7pm-7am
Holiday and Weekend Rotation Required
No call requirement
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
