Are you a detail-oriented problem solver looking to start a career in compliance, governance, audit, or risk management? The Associate Compliance Analyst role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Compliance Program while working alongside professionals from Internal Audit, Accounting Controls, System Security, Cyber Security, and other business teams.
Reporting to the Manager, ISC Compliance and Support Services, this position helps ensure company policies, procedures, and internal controls remain current, effective, and well-documented. The role provides exposure to compliance monitoring, internal controls, audit support, policy management, and cross-functional business processes, making it an excellent entry point for recent graduates interested in building a career in compliance and corporate governance.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of ISC policies, procedures, standards, and job aids.
Manage and update compliance-related information within SharePoint, eWeb, and other document management systems.
Participate in quarterly compliance reviews and monitoring activities to help ensure adherence to company policies and controls.
Assist with SOX roll-forward testing and documentation activities.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and compliance metrics for management and leadership teams.
Organize and maintain compliance documentation, records, and supporting evidence.
Assist with the development of compliance communications, training materials, and awareness initiatives.
Collaborate with Accounting Controls, Internal Audit, System Security, Cyber Security, Legal, and business teams on compliance-related projects and initiatives.
Support special projects that provide exposure to a variety of compliance, governance, and operational topics.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Interest in learning about compliance, internal controls, auditing, governance, or risk management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across multiple business functions.
Learn how large organizations manage compliance and internal controls.
Build relationships with professionals across multiple business areas.
Gain exposure to audits, SOX controls, policy governance, and compliance monitoring.
Develop analytical, communication, and project coordination skills.

No prior compliance experience is required. This job is responsible for assisting in the management and coordination the Company's compliance activities. Employees in this job provide interpretive guidance and training and oversee the development of business unit controls for new regulations or new business initiatives.
Ensures content of compliance policies and procedures are up-to-date
Maintains the Company's compliance intranet site as an education and informational sharing tool
Assists managers in the development and delivery of compliance training
Maintains all electronic files, reports, filed documents, etc. related to compliance activities
Monitors compliance activities at regulatory agencies and informs managers, directors, and business units
Communicates new or revised compliance documentation
Provides oversight, analysis, and guidance to employees and/or business units
Performs spot checks of business unit controls and analyzes and presents results
Works with the appropriate departments to gain agreement and revise the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics or Senior Officer Code as necessary
