About the Role
Technicians complete outdoor pest control treatments at residential properties.
This is independent, process-driven work performed outdoors. Most days you'll follow a defined route and repeat a consistent set of tasks, with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance.
What to Expect

Outdoor work from spring through fall
Carrying and wearing heavy equipment for extended periods
Walking properties with uneven terrain, landscaping, and stairs
Repetitive, detail-oriented work that requires focus
Working independently with minimal supervision
This role is physically demanding and requires stamina, attention to detail, and consistency day after day.

Training & Certification
All technicians must become certified before running routes.
Training and support are provided. Technicians are expected to:

Certification milestones are rewarded as part of the role.
Pay & Progression
Paid training starts at $18/hour
Technicians earn to $22-$25/hour
