About the Role
Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee a growing caseload in Southern Maryland, primarily in Lexington Park and Great Mills.
This role is designed for a BCBA looking to build a strong, consistent caseload in an underserved area, with structured weekday evening hours and additional weekend availability to support a full schedule.

Developing and implementing cutting‑edge behavior intervention plans.
Collaborating with our talented team of therapists, families, and caregivers.
Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) with your expert guidance.
Analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes.
Bringing creativity and compassion to every session.
Who We’re Looking For
Must‑Have Qualifications
Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
CPR certification.
Spanish‑speaking.
Strong passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact.
