Full Time Litigation Paralegal

Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support personal injury litigation by managing case files, organizing evidence, and assisting with preparation for hearings, mediations, and trials. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and formatting legal documents, communicating with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel, and tracking case deadlines and statutes of limitation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Austin, TX.
Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in legal document preparation, including drafting and formatting pleadings and motions.
Candidates should possess skills in document review, including organizing, summarizing, and managing case-related records and evidence.
Candidates should possess skills in legal research, including reviewing statutes, case law, and court rules relevant to personal injury matters.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and filing pleadings and motions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with court requirements, and timely submission.
Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training is preferred; prior litigation or personal injury experience is a plus.
Proficiency with legal practice management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic filing systems.
