Pigtails and Crewcuts is looking for a friendly, dependable Receptionist to help keep our salon organized, welcoming and running smoothly. You'll be greeting families, answering phones, booking appointments, helping our stylists, keeping the salon organized and jumping in wherever you're needed. What you'll do includes welcoming families and creating a great first impression, answering phones and responding to customer questions, scheduling and managing appointments, checking clients in and out, helping keep the salon clean, organized and ready for guests, assisting stylists and team members as needed, helping with retail sales, restocking products and supplies, posting simple photos and Stories to our social media accounts, and jumping in wherever needed to help the salon run smoothly.

You might be our person if you have great customer service skills, are friendly and comfortable talking to people, are organized and dependable, can multitask in a busy environment, pay attention to the little things, enjoy working with children and families, are comfortable using a computer and learning new systems, are comfortable with basic social media, are a team player who notices what needs to be done and does it, and are available to work Saturdays.

Pigtails and Crewcuts Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour.

Each salon is designed with our most important customer in mind. We have themed & adult styling chairs, "mom chairs" at each styling station, age appropriate movies playing throughout the day, video game consoles, party room, a train table, toys, and retail offerings including hair accessories & hair care products.

We, also, have an exclusive line of trademark products created with our customers in mind. Each salon is locally owned & operated, and our family approach has made us one of the most respected children's hair salon franchises in the country.

Do you love kids? We have nearly 50 salons across the country, and we're always on the lookout for talented stylists with a knack for kids cuts.
