About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a thorough and efficient Head Housekeeper to assist with managing property housekeeping operations. If training and motivating other housekeepers comes easy for you, we want to hear from you!

Team Lead: Train and provide guidance to staff. Discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager and attend and lead staff huddles.
Perform routine guest room preps and cleanings while meeting minute per room labor standards, maintaining public areas, and inspecting rooms daily according to quality standards.
Flexible for covering employee shifts as needed to ensure operational continuity in the event of unexpected absences. Communicate any maintenance work orders to maintenance and/or management.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory of hotel supplies including linen, terry, cleaning supplies, room supplies, etc.
Minimum of 1 years' experience in hotel leadership, including housekeeping.
Strong team building skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
