Food Runner

Deliver food items ordered by guests without delay at the desired temperature and in a highly presentable manner. Provide friendly, detail oriented, and responsive service to create a memorable dining experience. Arrange the various food items properly on the table as per the seating plan. Possess knowledge of table numbers, seat numbers, and menu items. Assist kitchen and service staff as needed to maintain the highest level of food quality, presentation, and timing to optimize guest dining experience. Ensure cleanliness and organization of expo/food runner area. Perform opening/closing responsibilities. Practice safe handling and cleanliness standards at all times. Adhere to quality standards and restaurant rules and procedures. Actively participates in the company's social media program by posting/sharing company fliers to personal social media accounts, if available. Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Experience in Food Runner position or restaurant environment preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
