1ST SHIFT PALLETIZER/FORKLIFT POSITION

Responsible for servicing production materials within the manufacturing facility to ensure accurate inventory control and continuous operational support.

Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:15pm - 1:45am, with OT on Fridays as needed
Must be flexible to train on first shift for a period of up to 30 days, 5:00am - 3:30pm Mon - Thursday, with OT on Fridays as needed
Perform safety inspection and complete forklift inspection before operating forklift.
Continuously operating a forklift, moving materials throughout the plant.
Operate a sit-down propane forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
Store incoming materials in designated warehouse locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts as assigned.
Utilize RF scanners and shop-floor control systems as required.
Assist in unloading finished product from production facility.
Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
Assist with cycle counts and general warehouse duties.
Minimum 4 years' experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
Proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
Knowledge of safety regulations when operating a forklift.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in English to follow verbal and written instructions and safety policies.
Able to use an RF Scanner and general understanding of shop-floor control systems.
Knowledge of inventory management systems.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Regular and predictable attendance, safe performance of tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.
