The work we do building families offers purpose, challenge, and personal reward—and we're just getting started.Opportunity OverviewWe have an immediate opening for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at RMA of New York Long Island in Garden City, New York.Schedule: Monday through Friday, rotates between 6:30 AM or 7:00 AM start to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM end time Eastern Time, with a weekend rotation (every 3rd to 5th) and some holidays at our Melville, New York locationCompensation: $125,000 to $150,000 per year (commensurate with experience)This role provides the opportunity to grow within a nationally respected organization while remaining closely connected to the patients and teams you support every day.Whether collaborating with more than 200 highly respected physicians nationwide or partnering with colleagues who are passionate about solving meaningful problems, you'll be surrounded by a team committed to shared success.In this role, the Nurse Practitioner will:Educate patients and couples about the causes of infertility and discusses necessary evaluation, treatment and/or procedure plansPerform pre-procedure and post-procedure assessment and teachingConsult with patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and/or required testing or proceduresAssist as needed in surgical cases and transfersMakes necessary measurements & calculations while performing ultrasound proceduresWhat You'll BringWe're looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.Women's health experience preferred; training will be providedValid NP or PA license requiredHigh level of customer service essential and must be a self-starterMore important than any single credential, however, is the right person.
