Physical Therapist-Health coverage

Provides comprehensive physical therapy services to evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders, wounds, or other related conditions. Develops individualized care plans utilizing evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes and promote recovery.

Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and wound care to facilitate recovery.

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and regulatory guidelines.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members regarding treatment goals and progress.

Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all clinical activities, treatments, and discharge summaries in electronic health records.

Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students to ensure quality care delivery.

Possess at least 1 year of physical therapy experience; new graduates with Level II experience are acceptable.

Hold a valid Massachusetts State Physical Therapist license.

Demonstrate proficiency in outpatient, LTC, or rehabilitation settings.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques and regulatory compliance.
