TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Atlanta, Georgia, 30303!

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical Telemetry
Contract | Night Shift | Onsite
Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed unit serving adult and older adult populations at a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5
Manage and monitor patients requiring telemetry, including administration of Heparin drips and other acute medications as ordered
Care for trauma patients and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Utilize specialty equipment including gait belts, geriatric chairs, and physical therapy equipment
Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Documented Medical/Surgical and Telemetry experience required
Must be able to provide completed skills checklist reflecting Med/Surg and Telemetry competencies
Proficiency with EPIC EMR
Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings
Prior NICHE (Nurses Improving Care for Healthsystem Elders) training
