We’re seeking an Estimator who is precise, persistent, and knows what it takes to get a customer's property put back together.

You document everything because accuracy is how you operate, not because someone is auditing you. Our 24/7 restoration and cleaning services help homeowners, property managers, and businesses recover quickly and confidently.

Conduct site assessments and write complete, defensible Xactimate estimates for water mitigation, fire, mold, and reconstruction losses

Build project budgets that translate approved scope into cost targets Project Managers can actually execute against

Build lasting adjuster relationships that generate referral business and preferred vendor positioning for Integrated Restoration

Supplements are tracked, documented, and closed without anyone having to ask where they stand

Competitive base salary + performance commission

• Direct communicator who documents thoroughly and follows up without being chased
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent field experience accepted
