Nursing positions at Family Tree Private Care will enjoy flexible schedule options, an enjoyable work environment that is warm, positive, and supportive.ResponsibilitiesTravel to assigned patient's homes and manage their care plan according to physician's instructions.Educating caregivers and family on the aftercare or ongoing care of the patient.Keep the patient comfortable through palliative care.Recommend tools or devices that may improve the quality of life for the patient.SkillsStrong interpersonal skills that allow them to get to know their patients, build personal rapport and establish trust to provide high-quality care while increasing patients' enjoyment and comfort.Excellent observational and problem-solving skillsAbility to act swiftly in emergencies and work efficiently.Knowledge of clinical skills including changing bandages, giving tube feedings, administering shots, and setting up and monitoring IVsRequirements and QualificationsRelevant license and certificationA valid driver's license and reliable transportStrong candidates have a minimum of 1 year of experience working in the home care industry (or related industry – hospice, home health, hospital, etc.)
