Mortgage Loan Officer
Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a nationally recognized private lender dedicated to supporting real estate investors. With a focus on Short-Term Bridge Loans and Long-Term Rental Loans, DFS empowers clients to scale their businesses and build lasting generational wealth. We are currently seeking a driven and organized Mortgage Loan Officer to join our rapidly expanding team and contribute to our mission of empowering real estate investors across the nation.

Drive revenue by converting prequalified inbound leads into closed loan applications.
Provide personalized financial solutions for real estate investors and investment companies.
Take inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage financing.
Evaluate loan applications and supporting financial documentation.
Structure financing options for investment properties using DFS products.
Comfortable on the phone and motivated by closing deals.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools.
Energetic, persistent, and open to coaching and feedback.
