Paralegal Full-time Position

Klein & Wilson has consistently been considered one of the top business trial law firms in Orange County for more than 25 years. Located in Newport Beach, near John Wayne Airport, we are a collegial law firm handling legal malpractice and high-end commercial litigation disputes. About the Role Klein & Wilson is seeking to hire a full-time, on-site dedicated litigation paralegal. The position will assist attorneys in all aspects of running litigation matters.
Formatting legal documents and correspondence
Preparation of legal documents and correspondence
Reviewing legal calendar for accuracy and upcoming deadlines
Assisting with filing and serving legal documents
Proofreading and finalizing all documents
Qualifications: Minimum seven years of experience as a paralegal with an emphasis in civil litigation
Ability to work without direct supervision
Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro skills
Knowledge of state, federal, and local court rules and California Code of Civil Procedure
