Hospital Liaison
Acadiana Management Group
AMG Specialty Hospital - Northwest Indiana in Crown Point, IN, seeks a Clinical Liaison who is a licensed RN, RT, LPN, or PT. The role blends clinical expertise with relationship development and patient advocacy to transition appropriate patients to AMG for continued hospital-level care.
The position covers the South Bend area hospitals with daily travel to referral sources, physicians, and partner facilities to grow the referral network and ensure timely admissions.
