Retail Store Key Holder Part Time

Key Holder (Product Replenishment), Part-time – Disney Springs
The Key Holder will immerse themselves into the Corkcicle brand, culture, and product assortment, and take pride in providing every guest with a world-class retail experience. In addition to customer engagement and retail sales, they will support the Retail Store Manager in various operational tasks including store opening/closing, product set up and training. They will assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Retail Store Manager.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the store team on achieving key metrics and daily sales goals. Meet and exceed sales goals.
Perform opening and closing duties assuring they meet company standards.
Manage inventory to assure product levels meet daily/weekly standards.
Use creative skills for visual merchandising. Prepare products for display.
Update the Retail Store Manager on any operational needs.
Support new Brand Ambassadors on training and product knowledge.
Learn and demonstrate Corkcicle product knowledge.
Interact with customers to assess their needs and wants resulting in product sales.
Keep current on new products and changes to existing operating processes.
Assisting customers in the check-out process using a computer software POS system.
Demonstrate professionalism as part of a team.
Proactively report customer impacting concerns, thinking outside the box on customer resolutions and sharing best practices.
Recommend process improvements and work with management to implement approved changes.
Collaborate with the management to provide support for the entire team.
Maintain store inventory and cleanliness.
Achieve personal and team objectives outlined throughout the year.
Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
Complete satisfactory company training requirements.
Follow all company policies and procedures and notify management of any infractions.
Report to the Retail Store Manager. No direct reports.

Qualifications – Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED. College degree is preferred.
• 2 years of previous retail sales experience with a luxury brand is preferred.
• Experience with Shopify systems and Shopify POS is preferred.
• Excellent communication and social skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment.
• Successful completion and favorable results of a criminal history, employment background and motor vehicle check.

The ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays between the hours of 9:00am – 11:30 pm.
The ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. and the stamina to stand for long periods of time when needed.
The ability to work in various Florida outdoor environmental elements (sun, heat, rain, etc.).
