Operations & Administrative Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a proactive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day activities across scheduling, communication, and logistics. Responsibilities Maintain and update spreadsheets, reports, and trackers Analyze and present data using Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) Make professional phone calls for follow-ups, coordination, and inquiries Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams Arrange meetings, travel, deliveries, or shipments as needed Ensure smooth execution of logistics-related activities Schedule appointments, meetings, and reminders Manage and organize calendars for team members or executives Track pending tasks or deliverables and ensure timely follow-ups Maintain clear records of communications and task status Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to make and handle business calls professionally Excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders Self-motivated and able to follow through without constant supervision Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, or task management Qualifications Organized Professional Capable of multitasking efficiently in a dynamic environment Application If you think you are suitable please share your details on the email below: View email address on click.appcast.io Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Part-time Job function: Administrative Industries: Retail; Health and Personal Care Products #J-18808-Ljbffr
