We're looking for a strategic and people-focused Benefits Manager to lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of our benefits and recognition programs. In this role you'll help create a rewarding employee experience by ensuring our offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the evolving needs of our workforce. As a trusted partner to HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll play a key role in shaping benefits strategies that support business objectives, strengthen employee engagement, and help us attract and retain top talent.

Centuri is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. We are also open to considering qualified remote candidates located within the United States.

Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, leave programs, and voluntary benefits

Partner with brokers and vendors to evaluate plan performance, manage renewals, and identify opportunities for cost containment and program optimization

Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations

Oversee the administration of HRIS benefits modules and related processes

Maintain accurate documentation to support public company audits and regulatory compliance requirements

Manage benefits-related reporting, including EEO, ACA reporting, and other required filings

Provide guidance, support, and training to HR partners and people leaders

Support additional projects and responsibilities as requested by leadership

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required

• Experience working with HRIS systems and benefits administration tools
• Experience working in a public company environment and managing legal, regulatory, reporting, and filing requirements
