Weekend Shift Line Cooks

Little Lark is opening a new wood-fired pizza concept in Sumner 2025 and looking to expand our team and seeking a strong Line Cook.

Candidates must have relevant Line Cook or Pizza experience within the hospitality industry. Pizza making and wood fired oven experience a plus. At least 2 years of kitchen experience / line cook experience

Bonus if Experience making Neapolitan or Artisanal style pizzas or work with wood fired oven

Familiarity in using a wood fired oven

Preparation of food for guests

Knowledge of all culinary functions in the kitchen

Enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen

Maintain a positive, pleasant, attitude every shift

Available to work various shifts throughout the week, weekends and holidays.

Ability to walk and stand during entire shift.

Ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and cut.

Hazards may include, but are not limited to, cutting, burning, slipping, tripping

Culinary degree and/or 2 yrs experience

Culinary knowledge and skills
