This includes budgeting, performance monitoring, forecasting, profitability and variance analysis, and managing other business initiatives. Partners directly with operations leadership to drive performance, accountability, and improvement.**Build and develop strong relationships and maintain communication channels with Operations and functional teams* Own and manage financial results for assigned scope* Report, analyze, interpret, and communicate financial and operational issues* Identify, communicate, train, guide and influence opportunities for margin improvement and cost containment* Prepare timely and accurate internal month end Close reports of financial activity and profitability; prepare and post journal entries as required* Report and communicate business metrics timely* Escalate and address issues to key corporate members prior to financial close* Develop and improve financial analysis tools and models* Be part of an exciting growth opportunity with autonomy to affect the business* Travel as necessary**Qualification**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
