Operations ManagerWe are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination of production, scheduling, materials, installation, and project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, driven leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a direct impact on operational performance.Fully OnsiteSalary: $65,000–$80,000Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily production scheduling, workflow, and project priorities from order through completion.Coordinate production, materials, equipment, staffing, subcontractors, and installation teams.Monitor capacity, deadlines, quality, costs, and overall project progress.Partner with sales, design, production, and field teams to ensure projects stay on schedule.Assist with purchasing, inventory, equipment, and vendor coordination.Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations.Ideal Candidate3+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, production, construction, installation, or project management.Experience managing people and coordinating multiple priorities.Manufacturing, signage, construction, or installation experience is highly preferred.
