Full Time Litigation Paralegal

This Jobot Job is hosted by: Are you a seasoned paralegal with a passion for litigation? We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced litigation paralegal to join our team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes cases, providing critical support to our litigation team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the litigation process, from discovery to trial, and will be adept at managing large volumes of information and documents. Experience in family law and handling FOIA requests is a significant plus.

Assisting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, from initiation to discovery to trial.

Managing and organizing large volumes of complex case documents; compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data.

Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.

Coordinating with clients, court personnel, and other law firms.

Handling FOIA requests, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.

Extensive knowledge of the litigation process, including discovery, trial preparation, court rules, and procedures.

Familiarity with family law.

Ability to manage large volumes of data and information.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.
