Customer Service Officers

Working closely with senior relationship manager on all client requests of an administrative or operational nature. Booking various client directives and investment transactions into the Black Diamond and/or CRM system (ie. Assisting with reporting and reconciliation as needed
various projects that the client requires)
Assisting with tax preparation and working with accountants to provide all tax info for client as needed
Bachelor's degree preferred (finance or business a plus)

• Excel and spreadsheet proficiency a plus
• Familiarity with Black Diamond, Salesforce and Wealthscape a plus
