HR Generalist/Employee Relations/Payroll

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support to employees, supervisors, and managers in Lebanon. This position will serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions and workplace matters while supporting a broad range of HR functions. The HR Generalist will be responsible for employee relations, payroll and timekeeping, HRIS/SAP transactions, benefits administration, recruiting and onboarding, leave administration, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience .
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Kronos .
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or similar environment.
Experience supporting employee relations, payroll, HRIS, benefits, and leave administration.
Initiative and willingness to identify opportunities for process improvement.
