Real Estate Company Seeks HR Generalist

Our client, a premier real estate investment management company based in NYC, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team! The position is a 6-month hybrid, contract role, working 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday). Their beautiful office is located in Midtown, Manhattan.
Job Responsibilities Perform administrative tasks for the HR team such as scheduling meetings, registering guests, ordering supplies, completing expense reports, and processing vendor payments.
Coordinate recruitment activities (e.g., scheduling interviews, posting jobs, tracking applicants, and travel arrangements).
Coordinate logistics with appropriate parties for new hire, transfer, and termination announcements.
Utilize Workday to process all HSCM Core, Recruiting, and Onboarding tasks (e.g., coordination of HR initiative logistics).
Skills and Qualifications Undergraduate degree in applicable field is required.
At least 2 years of corporate office support experience.
Strong working knowledge of Workday HRIS.
Project management skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, self-starter, team player with a positive attitude, capable of working with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Pay Rate: $40 - $45 per hour, based on experience.
