Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,500 - $1,580
Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing
Employment Type: Travel LPN
Schedule: Full-time evenings, 5x8s
Shift Duration: 8-hour evening shifts
Contract Duration: 22 weeks
Orientation: Must be able to start full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
Weekend/Holiday Coverage: Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
Active New York LPN license
At least 1 year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
At least 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience
Ability to provide care for adult and geriatric patients
Provide direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents
Collect and communicate ongoing resident assessment data to the RN and interdisciplinary care team
Contribute to individualized, age-appropriate, and culturally responsive plans of care
Support safe, healthy, and resident-centered care environments in a long-term care setting
Recommend updates to care plans based on resident outcomes and changing needs
Collaborate with residents, families, and care team members to promote quality outcomes and satisfaction
Provide leadership and dependable support under the direction of the RN
