Bilingual Receptionist (Immediate Start-Temporary)

Bilingual Receptionist
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (OT as needed)
Start Date: ASAP upon successful completion of screenings.
A nonprofit organization is seeking a reliable and compassionate Bilingual Receptionist to support front office operations and community service programs. This role combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on support in the food pantry and community resource distribution efforts. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and passionate about serving the community.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Assist with organizing and distributing HAMO diapers, Cake4Kids orders, and other community resources.
Support food pantry operations, including stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and orderly pantry.
Assist with receiving and organizing Food Bank deliveries.
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and community members.
Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or nonprofit experience preferred.
Comfortable performing both office and physical work.
Must provide current immunization records due to working around children.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
