Part-Time Human Resources Rep I
Aimbridge Hospitality
Position is for Human Resources Intern. Looking for someone part-time: 2-3 days a week.
The HR Admin job entails providing HR administrative support on a day‑to‑day basis and contributing to the long‑run development of the HR function during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development. This individual supports the HR department/functions and hotel leadership in providing a comprehensive HR service to managers and Associates at their respective location (hotel specific).
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources field preferred.
Fair knowledge of techniques of interviewing, selecting and recruiting applicants for employment.
Able to motivate individuals in achieving goals and objectives.
Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes.
Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in the course of work.
Ability to speak, write and read the English language.
Knowledge of organization, operating procedures, and policies of the human resource department.
Relevant computer software and hardware applications knowledge.
Job Responsibilities
Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and approving a variety of data, information and reports, and making recommendations depending on findings.
Entering data into the HR system of record for maintaining accurate records.
Preparing reports and presentation materials.
Receiving and responding to correspondence.
Receiving and directing visitors.
Scheduling meetings, and performing other duties as assigned.
Handling incoming calls, post, email, and faxes, and taking minutes and dictation in meetings.
Providing orientation and training for new staff, conducting research on the internet, operating, and troubleshooting new office technologies.
Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.
