Part-Time Contract Recruiter (Remote)

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Contract Recruiter, this fully remote position offers part-time to full-time hours and involves managing the end-to-end hiring process for top-tier tour guides in preparation for the summer tourism season.
Key responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and overseeing offer negotiations
Source and screen candidates via resume evaluations, phone screenings, and virtual interviews to ensure the best fit for each role
Leverage social media and job boards to increase brand visibility and connect with qualified candidates
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR staffing
Fluency in English
