As our Industrial & Aerospace Quality Inspector, you are the final line of defense and the ultimate standard-bearer for product quality. You will ensure that every single component, from raw material to finished product, meets the most rigorous dimensional, functional, and safety standards for high-stakes aviation applications. Your work directly contributes to the reliability and success of cutting-edge aerospace projects!
Your High-Impact Responsibilities (Mastering Industrial & Aerospace Quality)

Gatekeeper of Quality: Execute critical Receiving and Final Inspections on incoming materials and outgoing finished parts, ensuring zero defects leave the facility.
Leverage your expertise to select and utilize advanced mechanical gauges—calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and dial gauges—to perform measurements with extreme accuracy.
Blueprint Whisperer: Dive deep into blueprints, technical drawings, and complex work instructions, accurately interpreting specifications to verify critical quality parameters.
Advanced Tooling Champion (Preferred): Utilize and program Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) devices to perform complex, 3D dimensional inspections.
Functional Validation: Perform specialized functionality testing, including operating advanced electrical test equipment (like installation resistance testers), ensuring products perform flawlessly under pressure.
Compliance Powerhouse: Maintain absolute adherence to critical product requirements, with a strong focus on aviation and aerospace standards. Meticulously prepare and submit detailed inspection reports.
Cross-Functional Catalyst: Collaborate seamlessly with our Production and Engineering teams during in-process checks, proactively communicating job status and immediately resolving quality concerns on the shop floor.
A minimum of 2+ years of proven, hands-on experience as a Quality Inspector, QA Technician, or in a similar industrial quality assurance role.
Demonstrated proficiency and high comfort level utilizing standard mechanical inspection gauges (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
Working experience in an ISO 9001 certified environment.
Knowledge of the Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) Inspector's Scale.
Technical training or some college coursework in related industrial technology.
